Based in Miami on the Gold Coast, we specialise in premium baked goods, made fresh from scratch with locally sourced ingredients. Whether it's cakes, brownies, tarts or custom creations, every bake is thoughtfully handcrafted with precision, passion and care.
We believe desserts should involve a full sensory experience - beautifully presented, luxuriously textured and deeply satisfying. Expect thick layers, soft and gooey centres, crispy edges and a refined finish that balances indulgence with sophistication.
We cater to all occasions, from casual cravings to birthdays to weddings and every event in between, offering made-to-order options and custom creations too. Order online and select between delivery and pickup, or come visit us in-person at our food stall at Miami Marketta every week, Wednesday to Saturday (5-10pm).

Meet Emily - a life-long home baker with a creative flair and passion for bold and over-the-top desserts - and Bryson - our go-to recipe expert with a serious sweet tooth. Together, we bring a shared love for all those feel-good desserts..
After numerous hours spent in the kitchen testing and perfecting recipes, only the most delicious, decadent and down-right tasty creations have made the cut. Each dessert is a reflection of our dedication to all the wow factors in taste, texture, and looks.
Outside the kitchen, Emily works as a Registered Nurse and Bryson in Security - but our true calling? Crafting the chunkiest, most indulgent home-baked desserts you'll ever find. Trust us, one bite, and you'll be hooked!

What are your main ingredients & allergens?
Dairy: cream, full cream milk, eggs, butter
Dry: sugars, flour, cocoa, dark chocolate, biscuit
All desserts are handmade from scratch utilising common bakery ingredients (as above). Products may come into contact or contain dairy, nuts, eggs, sugars, artificial sweeteners, flavours & colourings. Food safe handling is always maintained within our registered kitchen however It is your responsibility to outline potential allergen hazards before purchasing. Chunkz Bakehouse will hold no responsibility if an allergic reaction occurs.
Is there a Gluten Free or vegan options?
Our most popular GF desserts include chocolate mousse, brownies and pavlova. Our only vegan option is a fudge brownie. Varying items are available upon request, please contact us prior to ordering for dietary requests.
Shelf life & storage options?
All items are made fresh to order & may last up to 2 weeks if stored correctly. For best results, store in an air tight container within the fridge & consume within the week. Products can be frozen for up to 6months if wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes! We currently trade from Miami Marketta, every Wednesday to Saturday (5-10pm). We have a large range of desserts for purchase from brownies, cookies, cheesecakes, tarts, pies, layered slices and more. Come say hello!
Can I change my order once I have placed it?
Please allow for a minimum of 48hrs notice if changes are required. Email us at chunkz.bakehouse@outlook.com with your order number & request. No changes can be made once your order is confirmed for delivery or pickup.
How much notice is required for an order?
Please allow for a minimum of 2 days prior to your requested delivery date. An email or text message confirming delivery date and estimated time will be sent out around 24-36hrs after your order has been received. Orders placed with less than 2 days noticed will be cancelled.
Can I pick up my order?
Pick up is currently available from Miami, Queensland. Orders can be picked up between Tuesday and Saturday, 12-3pm only. There are no pick ups outside this timeframe.
Can I make an order as a gift for another person?
Yes! Please ensure recipients details have been included, ensuring correct address and contact number for delivery. If details are not included, order may be cancelled or delayed. Recipient will be contacted prior to delivery to ensure that safe delivery can be made. Deliveries can generally not be left unattended unless deemed safe to do so or we cannot gain access to the intended address.
Can I make a business bulk order?
If you'd like to order more than 10 products, please contact us via email with all your details. You are more than welcome to place your order through our website, however Invoices for your business can be also created upon request.
