Ordering Process
- Select your desired dessert from our menu and select all your preferences from the options given
- Enter the date required (MM, DD, YYYY) that you would like for pick up or delivery.
- Ensure you have allowed a minimum of 2 days notice before completing your order
- Delivery: Check if your suburb is within the Gold Coast area. If unsure, check our FAQ.
- Pick up: Tuesday to Saturday, 12-3pm only
- Complete checkout and enter all required information.
- If gifting an order, ensure the recipients details are correct. Include their mobile number for smooth delivery
- Once checked out, you will receive an instant automated email of your purchased order
- If anything from your order needs to be changed, contact us ASAP via email or phone. Strictly no changes can be made 48hrs prior to your scheduled date. This includes changes to pickup or delivery schedules.
- After 24hrs, a text message is sent to the mobile number of the order. This will confirm the exact date and time for the order.
- A response is required via text to confirm this delivery or pickup
- Once pick up or delivery is done, enjoy your order!
- A week later, an automated feedback email is sent. We would love to hear your feedback in exchange for a 20% off coupon for your next order!

There are no pickups available outside of this timeframe.

Delivery

Delivery is available to selected Gold Coast suburbs only. Please refer to the suburb list in our FAQ before placing your order. Orders with delivery addresses outside the listed suburbs will be automatically cancelled.

Receiving your delivery: Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery on the day. Our products are perishable and cannot be left unattended or exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Under no circumstances will orders be left unattended. If a safe delivery cannot be made, the order will be returned to the shop, delivery fee is forfeited and the customer will be required to pickup.
