XL Lamingtons
Lamingtons are a classic treat made from soft, fluffy sponge cake coated in rich chocolate ganache and rolled in coconut, creating the perfect balance of light texture and indulgent flavour. Each bite offers a delicious contrast between the tender cake and the slightly crisp coconut coating, making them both comforting and satisfying. Loved for their simplicity and nostalgic charm, lamingtons are perfect for afternoon tea, celebrations, or a sweet snack any time of day, and they remain a timeless favorite for anyone who enjoys a traditional, feel-good dessert.
